Refund Policy
At SilverCliff Relocation Rental Concierge, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.
Virtual Tours
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled virtual tour will result in a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
In-person Tours
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the appointment will result in a full refund minus $25 scheduling fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointments are non-refundable.

Non-refundable situations include but are not limited to the following: no shows or late arrivals, services that have already been delivered, client dissatisfaction based on factors outside our control (e.g. weather, landlord policies, housing availability)
