SilverCliff Relocation Rental Concierge
1. Overview
SilverCliff Relocation Rental Concierge provides non-brokerage, flat-fee rental coordination
and concierge services for individuals and corporate relocation clients in Southeastern
Wisconsin.
We do not act as real estate brokers or leasing agents. We do not negotiate leases or
represent landlords or tenants.
2. Services Provided
- Curated Apartment List
- Tour Planning (In-Person or FaceTime)
- Custom Virtual Walkthrough Videos
- Community/Area Tours (for corporate clients only)
All services are coordination-based and do not include legal or leasing representation.
3. Fees & Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Curated List – $99
- Tour Planning – $199
- Virtual Walkthrough – $299
- Area Tour – $299 (Corporate clients only)
Prices are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Turnaround Time
- Curated lists: 3 business days
- Virtual tours: 3–5 business days
- Tour scheduling: Up to 5 business days depending on leasing agent availability
SilverCliff is not liable for delays due to third-party responses (e.g., leasing offices).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding move-in date, budget, and preferences
- Be available to confirm scheduling details within 48 hours
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your relocation plans
6. Disclaimers
- SilverCliff does not guarantee availability or leasing approval for any apartment.
- All recommendations are based on publicly available listings and third-party property
information.
- Area tours are offered only to corporate clients with verified HR/relocation coordinator
contact.
7. Limitation of Liability
SilverCliff is not responsible for the leasing terms, conditions, or safety of any properties
shown or toured. We act solely as a third-party service provider for rental coordination.
8. Cancellations Refunds
No refunds will be issued once a service has begun or once the client receives deliverables.
If a client cancels prior to service initiation, a partial refund may be considered at the
company’s discretion.
